At the heart of Sundays Beverage is Can Kalayci, a beverage scientist with over a decade of experience shaping innovative drinks across Europe. As the founder and CEO of Creative Food and Beverage (CF&B), Can has been instrumental in providing beverage innovation, recipe development, and production strategies for leading brands across Switzerland and Europe. His journey began at DöhlerGroup, where he worked as a Beverage Scientist, before going on to develop white-label drinks for COOP and Migros. This deep expertise in the industry ultimately led him to co-found several successful beverage companies, including Möwenherz, Herbtie, and Sundays.

 

At Sundays, Can is responsible for all aspects of product development, from sourcing raw materials to pioneering new flavors. His role goes beyond simply crafting delicious drinks; he ensures Sundays stays ahead of the curve by leveraging CF&B’s in-house bottling and recipe development capabilities. This allows the brand to create small-batch, limited-edition, and seasonal products, keeping things fresh and exciting for customers.
