Sundays Hard Seltzer averages less than 75 calories per bottle while wine typically ranges from 140 to 170 calories per glass depending on the alcohol and sugar content.

How many carbohydrates are in Sundays Hard Seltzer compared to wine?

Sundays Hard Seltzer contains less than 0.5 grams of carbs per bottle, whereas a glass of wine averages about 4 to 4.5 grams of carbs per 200mL pour. 

How much alcohol is in a Sundays Hard Seltzer compared to wine?  

Each of Sundays Hard Seltzer’s five unique flavors have an alcohol content of 4% compared to an average alcohol content of 11.5% for white wine and 13% for red wine.
